Description

Reporting to the Resort Manager or Area Manager as a Customer Service Manager you will make sales figures soar and source the finest suppliers. Working with the best people, keeping them happy, arranging operations that run like clockwork - it'll be down to you.

That's why we need people who really know the package holiday industry inside and out. People with proven management ability, who know how to motivate, inspire and lead a team to success. People capable of ensuring our customers will want to return time and time again - does this sound like you? If so this could be the start of an exciting career in travel with the number one ski operator

The role encompasses sales, customer service, problem solving, admin skills, IT skills, accountancy skills and masses of organisational ability.

Requirements

Essential
  • Demonstrable customer service experience working with a diverse range of customer's profiles
  • Experience within a target sales environment where you have worked to individual and team set targets
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with an enthusiastic and positive manner
  • Mature and flexible approach with the ability to adapt to any situation
  • Customer service experience

Desirable
  • 2nd European language to conversational level
  • Previous experience in the tourism industry
