Description

Spend the winter working in some of the best ski resorts in the world!

Working as a Head Rep, you require previous experience working overseas as a representative and possess excellent organisational, leadership and language skills.

You will be required to manage your own team within an area or will be responsible for the overall running of a resort, maintaining high standards and service levels and produce results utilising skills and knowledge of your team and motivating them towards success.

This is a very hands-on role where you will be required to lead by example whilst still developing your team with constructive feedback, support and training.

Requirements

Previous experience working overseas
Excellent command of French, German or Italian for European resorts
Secured BUNAC visa prior to application for North America positions
Management and supervisory experience
Ski experience for winter positions
