Job Description
Delicious, varied meals are a vital part of a great holiday.
You will be part of the kitchen team helping to plan and prepare all the food at your hotel, from hearty breakfasts to crèche meals, packed lunches to three course feasts in the evening.
You’ll assist with stock takes, help with the costing of 12 day menus, also contributing to training and development.
You will be cooking for large numbers and delivering quality menus whilst working within a budget.
You already have a great deal of culinary flair and a recognised cooking qualification and will have gained experience working within high volume catering establishments.
Working for Crystal within one of our club hotels is demanding but you will have an excellent opportunity to develop your professional skills in a fun and exciting environment.

Requirements
Excellent communicator with strong social and people skills
Ability to work autonomously/unsupervised
Team player
Strong Attention to detail
Positive and friendly manner
NVQ Level 1 & 2 Previous experience as a chef
Basic or Intermediate Food Hygiene
Desirable:
Second language in either French, German or Italian
Previous experience of working in a ski resort
