Be part of a professional team in the French Alps this winter!

You will be working in both our fine dining restaurant and housekeeping teams to maintain our five star standards,

Your responsibilities will include:

Restaurant service to a fine dining standard
All aspects of housekeeping to five star standards
Maintaining a high level of customer service and satisfaction
Working closely with the other members of the team to ensure the property runs smoothly
Maintenance of all areas of the property at a high standard with specific reference to proper cleaning procedures

Requirements

You should have recent and broad hospitality industry experience. With experience in either fine dining or housekeeping being particularly important.

Knowledge of wine service, bar and cocktail experience and a passion for food and wine would be beneficial.

Clean drivers licence would also be highly desirable.
