This is a free prize draw which can be entered by providing your name and email address on the prize draw entry form on the www.ski-jobs.co.uk website. No purchase is necessary.

The prize draw is a promotion of 247 Media Network Limited. Employees and relatives of employees of 247 Media Network Limited and anyone else professionally connected with the promotion are excluded from this prize draw.

Only one entry per person is allowed.

From 1st March 2008 onwards all registrations received by the last calendar date of each month will be entered into the monthly prize draw and the first 1 drawn will receive a Video iPod.

The winning entry will be drawn at random by an independent adjudicator and the winner will be notified by email within 14 days of the draw taking place.

If a winner does not respond to this email and claim the prize within 14 days the entry will become void and a new winner will be selected.

All entrants must be aged 18 and over.

The judge's decision is final in all matters relating to the draw and 247 Media Network Limited will not enter into any correspondence about the draw.

The prize winners' names can be obtained after the 14th of each month by emailing ipodcomp@247media.net.

Prize winners may be required to take part in further publicity resulting from the prize draw.

Please allow 28 days for delivery of prizes.

The prizes are non-transferable and non-negotiable. There is no cash alternative.

Eligible entrants consent to the use and disclosure of their information for the purposes of this competition by The Promoter.

247 Media Network Limited reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value in the event of unavailability.

247 Media Network Limited shall incur no liability for entries that are late, not received, lost or go astray.
