In summary, the Chalet Host/Cook role is a varied one – working in a small team, your ultimate goal is
to provide delicious food, clean accommodation and excellent customer service to all
guests throughout their stay. We look for either couples or
individuals (you can apply on your own) to fill these roles.
Daily duties include prepping and serving breakfast, cleaning
communal areas and rooms, removing rubbish and prepping and serving
kids tea & adults dinner. On some days there’ll be food
shopping to do and other days will involve changing over the chalet
for incoming guests. You must ensure that our high standards,
procedures and company image are maintained at all times. One of
the best parts of the job is that you’ll get to meet and socialise
with some fantastic guests, so a friendly personality is essential
– you must also be able to manage all requests, questions and deal
effectively with any problems as they arise.
Chalet Hosts/Cooks need to be incredibly flexible, reliable,
organised and fluent in English – if you have these skills,
you can really maximise your time on the mountain and fully
appreciate your season in amazing Les Gets!
