Description

The role of the host is key to managing the chalet and ensuring guests experience exceptional, bespoke service and have an unforgettable holiday. 

Tailored Service & Exceptional Standards: We provide a bespoke service, tailored to each and every guest. Over 40% of our guests return each year, therefore expectations are high.

Small Chalets: Most weeks of the season our chalets sleep only 6 - 8 guests (maximum 10 during peak weeks) which enables you the time to genuinely provide a tailored, memorable experience to each & every guest. The chalet team is a fine dining chef, chalet Host and Chauffeur/Resort Assistant who all report to the Resort Manager.

Stunning Location: Your live out accommodation is only moments away from your chalet. St Martin de Belleville is part of the massive 3 valleys and your package includes a FULL 3 valleys lift pass.

The main responsibilities are:

*Provide a bespoke, tailored service to each & every guest

*Anticipate guests needs & provide the appropriate service.

*Breakfast and a 6 course dinner service, including paired wines

*Clean & present the chalet on a daily basis to an immaculate standard

*Manage chalet variable costs (i.e. electricity, heating, logs, wine)

*Maintain general hygiene, health and safety standards

Requirements

This role is for a Host with all the following skills and experience:

*Minimum 3 years service experience working in high quality restaurants or hospitality experience in boutique/luxury hotels

*Excellent interpersonal skills; personable, approachable and a confident communicator

*A genuine passion and desire to deliver exceptional service

*Excellent organisation & time management skills

*Able to work well in a team

*UK National insurance number and UK bank account essential
