Description

As a Club Med front desk agent, you’re the first person our guests meet on arrival in the village… and first appearances count!

Being a Club Med Reception Manager means leading a multi cultural team, using your language skills to take care of our guests. It means putting your inter-personal skills into practice everyday, always with a smile!
 
Responsibilities:
 
  • Management of a team of 6 to 15 people
  • Responsibility for the economic and qualitative results of the reception department (respect of budgets)
  • Create and keep good relationships with suppliers, sub-suppliers and local partners
  • Application of Club Med’s quality standards and hygiene and safety rules
  • Guarantee of a relationship of quality between your team and the clients
  • Promotion of internal sales (B&B, meals, stays)
  • Responsibility for the integration of your team members within the Village’s team and for their development by training and courses

Requirements

  • Diploma in Tourism/ Hotel service or similar mandatory
  • 2 Years working experience mandatory
  • IT skills
  • Fluent French mandatory, other foreign languages a plus
