Description

The Property, Transport and Contracts (PCT) Manager will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective operation of all of Ski Famille’s properties in France. You will also coordinate transport requirements in the French Alps and manage relationships with a wider network of suppliers (including ski packs and food & beverage).

Working alongside the existing management team and Directors, the PCT Manager will ensure seasonal staff have the support and resources they need in order for Ski Famille guests to be offered the best possible holiday experience, whilst carefully managing operating costs.

The PCT Manager role sits at the heart of this growing business. The successful applicant will work closely with the Directors to help develop new opportunities and drive innovation and change.

Duties and responsibilities
  • Monitor standards in all Ski Famille properties
  • Identify improvements needed in properties and liaise with owners and Ski Famille Directors in order to deliver the best possible chalet product
  • Oversee all aspects of property maintenance
  • Ensure Health and Safety standards are maintained in all properties/resorts
  • Ensure airport transfers are provided to the highest possible standards
  • Manage Ski Famille’s fleet of rented and leased vehicles
  • Work with suppliers across the programme (e.g. ski hire, ski schools, lift passes) to ensure our guests are receiving the best possible service and value
  • Source staff accommodation and identify potential new guest accommodation
  • Ensure that Ski Famille is operating correctly in respect of current French legislation
  • Plan and deliver in resort training in conjunction with the existing management and external training providers

Requirements

The ideal PCT Manager for Ski Famille will be able to demonstrate:
  • Fluent French and English
  • Excellent organisational skills and an ability to work efficiently under pressure
  • Commercial awareness and an eye for detail
  • A high level of numeracy and literacy
  • An ability to motivate others and lead by example
