Based from our office in Arinsal, Andorra, this role ensures the
smooth operation of services in Andorra, includes managing all
customers correspondence and dealing with any unforeseen
circumstances (e.g. road or mountain closures).
You will also
be making onward bookings with our partners for services such as
ski school, airport transfers, and lift passes.
In addition,
the role involves keeping our social media channels updated with
the latest photos, news, and videos from the resort and on the
mountain.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the customer email inbox, responding to customer
booking/product enquiries by email, and occasionally telephone, in
a timely manner providing accurate information on our products and
services.
- To have the on-call resort mobile phone, responding to
customers as appropriate.
- Working to convert enquiries into bookings, taking appropriate
payments when needed.
- Amend/Cancel customer bookings in a timely manner, as per their
requests, following company and suppliers’ terms.
- Liaising with suppliers to ensure regular invoicing, checking
invoices and querying.
- Manual ordering and bookings with suppliers for services such
as ski school, lift passes, and airport transfers.
- Ensure the efficient and productive running of the resort
operations.
- Co-ordinating and communicating with customers during
unforeseen incidents in resort (e.g. road/mountain closure)
- Prepare documents for customers both at the booking stage (e.g.
vouchers) and at the arrival stage (e.g. welcome letter &
envelope).
- Provide customer service through customer drop-in/meeting
points at the resort eg. service kiosks or office locations.
- Maintain the information on the series of resort websites with
regular updates of key details such as the snow report, news,
photos and the forum, to agreed levels.
- Utilise the Company social media accounts to professionally
promote Andorra and the Company as well as the services we
offer.
- Manage your workload to ensure an efficient use of your
time.
- Complete any paperwork or reports on resort operations as
requested.
- Any other reasonable duties as requested.

Previous experience working in a holiday resort is advantageous.
Ability to ski or snowboard to at least an intermediate level.
Comfortable using computers and have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
Confident working as the sole member of staff in resort with full responsibility for in-resort operations.
You must have either a UK or EU passport.
