- Experience working in top restaurants to a Michelin star
standard preferred or similar
- Ability to run a highly professional kitchen and deliver a very
high standard of cuisine
- Previous customer service and hospitality experience
- A second language preferred
- Highly self motivated and ready to work within a team and
individually when needed
- Professional pro-active attitude with attention to detail
