If you enjoy customer service and thrive on providing a polished service to guests and are ready for a bigger challenge then this role is perfect for you. As Chalet Concierge you will be working as part of a small team running one of our exceptional ski chalets. You will be supervising and working closely with the Chalet Host and Chef to provide an exceptional service for our guests.

This a great first step to becoming a chalet manager with Scott Dunn, and what better way to do it then in the beautiful snowy slopes of the Alps. Your role will include:

  • Carry out specific guest bookings/ requests for mountain restaurants, driver bookings or resort activities.
  • Serve tea and coffee in bed, lay the table, serve a full breakfast, afternoon tea and children's tea.
  • Serve champagne and wine from the selected wine list.
  • Serve canapés and a four or five course evening meal in a formal dining environment.
  • Thoroughly clean and look after the chalet with assistance from your team.
  • Accurately complete and pass any paperwork to your chalet manager to ensure the effective running of the chalet.
  • You may be required to drive both guests and team members in company vehicles during the season.
