Reach4thealps is an established and successful Chalet Company based
in Morzine, run by Gina and Marcus Ewart. We are both very keen
skiers and bikers and love Morzine & the area. We are
passionate about delivering great holidays through excellent
customer service.
For winter season 2023-24 we will be running a portfolio of 5
catered and 14 self-catered properties in the Morzine & Les
Gets area. All the chalets are of a high standard but what ensures
our repeat rate stays high is the level of customer service and
high standard of catering we offer along with the help of our
staff, which is why we need to continue to have motivated, capable
and happy staff.
Our Chalets
We have a portfolio of 4 catered and 13 self-catered properties in
Morzine and a chalet in Les Gets. Each catered chalet is run by a
Chalet Host (smaller chalets) or Chalet Couple (for the larger
chalets) and then we also employ 4 Driver/Chalet Helpers who will
pick up/drop off the guests at Geneva airport, offer an in resort
mini-bus service for guests as well as helping out in the chalets.
The Chalet Crew staff form the rest of the team and manage the
self- catered properties, whilst also helping out with days off in
the catered chalets. All the chalets are highly rated on Trip
Advisor because they are of a high standard but also, more
importantly, due to the great customer service provided by the
Reach4thealps team.
Our Staff
We realise you can have the best chalets in the Alps but without
great staff running them it just won't work! We are looking for
candidates who want to work for a friendly, independent company
where you are part of a very supportive team, where hard work and
going the extra mile is really appreciated.
We run a comprehensive pre season training week involving the
chalet hosts practising the menus (input encouraged), driving &
cleaning training and generally getting to know the resort, the
chalets and each other! We are always on hand in resort for support
and regularly visit the chalets to visit guests and staff but are
happy to leave staff to get on with their job and not interfere as
long as guests feedback is positive!
Throughout the season we organise team outings in the season as a
thank you for your hard work (past winters we have done night
sledging followed by beers and pizza, a Fondu/Raclette meal in a
mountain restaurant, a ski away day in a different resort, some
cross country skiing with a try at biathlon and an end of season
BBQ). Have a look at our Facebook page, to see what sort of things
we have done previously.
