Responsibility Overview
You will assist with the smooth running of kitchen operations (kitchen porter) and supervise the lodge during the night shift to ensure a high level of security and provide a 24-hour reception service to guests (night porter).
Your shifts will be 5-days-per-week on a rota basis. If you have previous seasonaire or hospitality experience this would be beneficial in terms of grasping the multitude of responsibilities, including:
• Provide high levels of customer service / assistance to hotel guests during the nightshift, to include dealing with emergencies, handling queries, food preparation and covering reception duties.
• Assist the Chefs with food preparation and maintain the cleanliness of all kitchen equipment and surfaces to conform to Company and local hygiene, health and safety standards.
• Ensure the Lodge is secure at night by completing regular patrols around the building, clearing fire exits and assisting guests entering/leaving the property.
