drivers for winter 2019/2020.

Successful applicants will be joining our friendly team for the
winter season and will be based in Chamonix Mont Blanc -
France.
The role will be based on working 4 days on and 3 days off per
week.
General duties will include:
- Meeting and driving customers with great care and consideration
to and from Geneva airport to their chosen resort.
- Housekeeping – vehicles need to be spotless inside and out at
all times.
- Reporting and submitting a daily vehicle check on all vehicles
driven to make sure they are up to our high safety standards.
When working with Chamonixfirst you will become the face of the
company. You will be meeting and dealing with customers on a daily
basis and you will be responsible for their care and comfort whilst
in your vehicle.
Competitive salaries are paid monthly and differ slightly depending
on your driving experience (see requirements below). All employees
are employed on a UK contract so you will continue to pay NI to the
UK. A UK bank account is needed when applying as well as a UK NI
number.
For insurance you ideally need to be over 23 years old and have
held a driving license for over 3 years.
Due to Swiss licensing laws and rules, all transfer drivers working in and out of Geneva must have ONE of the following in order for us to consider your application:
- Minimum of 2 years provable professional driving
experience (eg - working previously as a transfer driver, delivery driver etc). This can
be proven with previous pay slips or a letter from your
previous employer for example.
- Have gained the RoSPA advanced driving course qualification
(details can be provided upon request)
- Hold a unrestricted D manual driving license.
- Hold a unrestricted Cat C manual driving license (HGV
entitlement)
- Hold a valid driver DQC (driver qualification card).
- Hold a valid passenger CPC qualification.
