Ski Resort Guides

Sestriere, Italy

Derived on the French-Italian border, the area famously hosted the Winter Olympics in 2006 with installed floodlit runs, so you can relax and ski as the sun sets on the glittering snow of the Alpine Mountains.

Sestriere has more to offer than walls lined with porcelain snow. There are many places on offer for eating out and after-ski drinks. Warm yourself up with a whiskey in the main club, Tabata or dine like a snow king in the best place to eat, Last Tango (as voted for by Telegraph readers). If you can't find your kicks in Sestriere, then you can travel just 100km to Pragelato or Turin to find discover a whole new world.
